At The Grand  Gold Jewellery we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy.

1. Policy Overview

Return/Exchange Period- 15 days from date of delivery
Product Condition- Unworn, original packaging, with certificate
Refund for Defective/Damaged Items-            100% refund after verification
Refund for Other Returns- Refund after ₹750 shipping fee deduction
Exchange Eligibility- 100% value available for exchange
Orders above ₹1,00,000- Eligible for exchange only, no refund
Jewelry Insurance- Non-refundable

 

2.Eligibility Criteria

 

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging.
  • Customized or engraved items, and loose solitaires are not eligible for return/exchange but covered under our buyback policy.
  • Orders placed using Schemes, Wallets, or EMI are eligible for exchange only.
  • International orders are not covered under this return and exchange policy.

3.Step-by-Step Process for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Initiate Request: Email Info@thegrandgold.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include order number, invoice copy, product photo, and certificate of authenticity.
  3. Return Approval: Our team will review your request and share shipping instructions.
  4. Quality Check: Product will undergo inspection after we receive it.
  5. Refund/Exchange Processing:
    • Refunds processed within 10–14 business days via account transfer. 
    • Exchanges will reflect current gold rates and applicable offers.

4.Additional Policy

  • Once an exchange is completed, further exchanges fall under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • Orders already exchanged once under the 15-day policy are not eligible for a second 15-day money-back guarantee.
  • For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, a 100% refund or exchange will be issued after verification.

5.How Our Refund Policy Works

  • Refunds for payments made via account transfer will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.
  • Refund requests within 15 days of purchase are subject to quality verification and confirmation of original documents (invoice, certificates, etc.).
  • Refunds will be 100% of the amount paid, but any discounts, promo codes, or coupons applied will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If freebies were received with the purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted unless the freebies are returned.
  • Customized jewelry part payments are non-refundable.
